A Little About Us…
Shannon, our general manager oversees all aspects of the running of The Throckmorton. With a wealth of experience in restaurants, hotels and pubs he will ensure you are looked after to the highest standard.
Our chefs and kitchen team, sous chef Aled, and Beckie, Tom, Mark & Chris. Assisting the chefs are Iona, Jenny, Karly, Chloe & Trina. Between the team there is a wealth of experience, skill and enthusiasm meaning you will love the results on the plate.
Our front of house team, headed up by Tracy and the supervisors Fran, Beckie, Becky, Bex & Adam is Kirsty, Jack, Serena, Danni, Sophie, Ellie, Elly, Charlotte Jess, Natalia, and Marcus.
Our housekeeping team, don’t forget the unsung heroes, Trina, Karly, & Loredana support us by keeping the whole place gleaming.
Sally and Dave, we have been running successful pubs and restaurants for many years. Both fully trained chefs and front of house managers, we work closely with our suppliers and team to ensure you get a great experience.
