Hours Per Week: Salaried Position based upon a 45 hour week (although hours are flexible to fulfil role). We are open 7am to 11pm 7 days a week, so while hours of work will vary, you must be available at all times including evenings and weekends.

Starting Rate of Pay: Negotiable dependant on experience. As a guide a total package

Share of tips which usually equates to about £2500
This position involves a combination of both hands on bar/waiting/floor work delivering excellent guest service leading by example during quieter shifts and stepping back and leading a larger team on key shifts through effective planning and communication; alongside this there are many management tasks such as cash management, stocks & ordering, team recruitment, appraisals, training, health & safety etc.
Offering much more than a standard assistant manager role within a branded operation, you will have the opportunity to work closely with new general managers Annie and Mark and also owners Sally & Dave in developing the service and offering along with all aspects of running the business to deliver profits.

Experience in both restaurant and bar work is essential, kitchen trained would be a benefit, management experience is essential although you may be just starting out in your managerial career after experience as a team leader or supervisor, specific training will be given in all areas, and if you are keen and looking for a step into something bigger than your current role.
Minimum Age: 18 + time for relevant experience
