An opportunity to earn a city & guilds NVQ qualification in either hospitality services (level 2) or Hospitality Supervision and Leadership (Level 3)and shape yourself a career in hospitality, while working and learning in a fast paced pub/restaurant environment.
Responsible for all aspects of waiting and bar work (for applicants over 18). Once completed, there may be an opportunity to progress your apprenticeship further within the company. We have a guest journey which our front of house team all follow to ensure that all of our guests are looked after and waited on throughout their meal.
Full training is given so experience is not essential, however we look for people with a real passion for customer service and a personality to make each of our guest’s experiences memorable.
Minimum Age: 16
