The food is all fresh, homemade and sourced from small independent local suppliers. The menu varies from traditional pub classics to restaurant style dishes on the specials menu which is changed daily.
Responsible for all aspects of waiting and bar work in a busy pub & restaurant environment. We have a guest journey which our front of house team all follow to ensure that all of our guests are looked after and waited on throughout their meal.
Experience/skills required: Full internal training is given alongside the external NVQ training and assessment so experience is not essential, however we look for people with a real passion for customer service and a personality to make each of our guest’s experiences memorable.
Applicants without experience will be required to work a 4 moth induction period prior to the commencement of the apprenticeship to ensure the role is suitable.
All apprentice positions start at minimum wage with a structured pay scale so as you work your way through the levels you are rewarded with higher pay. All positions receive a share of tips which is approximately £1 per hour
